Optional life insurance is available to both associate and dependent. Paid Time Off Associates are able to accrue time off for personal use for illness and vacation. The rate of accrual is based on hire date. 401-(k) Plan Lantal offers associates a 401(k) Savings/Retirement Plan to assist them in providing for their future welfare and financial security.
